Naccarato Insurance Acquires Academy General Insurance in Uptown Kingston

Naccarato Insurance announces it has acquired Academy General Insurance, located on 237 Fair Street in Uptown Kingston New York.  The purchase adds a third office for Naccarato, with other locations being in Saugerties and New Paltz.

The former owner of Acadamy General Insurance, Maryann DeGroodt, will remain as Branch Manager of the Kingston office.   The existing clients of Academy General will not see any changes to their policies.  Naccarato Insurance looks forward to answering any questions in the weeks and months ahead.

Acquiring the Kingston office will enable Naccarato to more easily introduce new customers to the extensive variety of insurance carriers it represents, offering endless options and more service.

According to John Naccarato, president of the company, “We are extremely happy to be able to open this office in Kingston where many of our clients reside.”  Additionally, “this will enable us to more readily provide the Kingston community our outstanding customer service, including over 50 carrier options to serve every insurance need” says Naccarato. Plans for a celebratory opening will take place at a later date.
